hurt my right hand thumb. I cannot bend it very much, therefore I cannot

do so many things. The hand is also swollen in that place. Any advice how

An good old way to get away from it.

An old receipe from Astaratha prabhu.

Before going to sleep in the evening have a footbath in a bucket of hot

water. It should be as hot as you can keep your feet in it. 10mn does well.

I try it and it works nicely.

I once had that disease in Vrndavana. I was advised to always keep a piece

of fresh ginger in the mouth, and to suck it to get out the juice. If it

was getting dry, one could bite a little to get more juice from the

inside, but never bite all the way through. When the piece was dry and

tasteless, it should be replaced by a fresh piece. In a few days I was

cured. I don`t know if that cure ever worked for anyone else. I never had

to try it again.

Pray to Hanuman, wait for the heavy fluid that constant

stream trough the noose, and then the coughing of the

lungs trough the chest. At that point I am myself, so

I dont know What are coming next. Just to tolerate.
