Why can`t we make arrangements for Nirula to come here immediately? I heard

something from Chittahari or someone else in Sydney who said that there was

some problem during Nirula`s visit there? Maybe it was that there has to be

some "extended" period of time in which the treatments must be given, not

just within a ten day or two week period. Is this so?

Now here is a story.

For many many years I have ahad on my little pinky of left hand some terrible

skin growth that I would have to periodically peal off causing a lot of pain

and bleeding. I tried Jivanol, no use, normal creams, no use, medicinal

creams, no use, even sister Jivanol, no use, so I gave up.

Govinda Madhava and Atmatattva das along with Markendeya Rsiji wanted me to

try some herb they found in a book. I naturally said that I will try but I

expect no result since nothing works. So I tried. Within 3 days of having

this mushed green stuff under a bandaid the thing went away and has not come

back since. Now I am really impressed with that.

Govinda should say what that plant is, or someone should say. It is a weed

that grows near or on roads and I have seen it everywhere. It was famous in

the past history for curing wounds in battle.

I like this. We should have a whole repetoire of outstanding little plants

that you can get by picking instead of having to import from India at great

cost and long time. We must become self sufficient here.

this plant is called plantago major (Breitwegerich, deutsch, Groblad,

swedish).

Subject: Migraine Headaches Something usefull

I have found that taking a large dose of Niacin , that is enough to cause a

flushing sensation within the body just at the time of noticing that a

migraine is coming, is sufficient to make the attack bearable and shorter.

Still some aspirins are required later on, but they work better.

This was coming from a book by medicine reporter Linda Clark. I tried it and

it works. I always carry these little Vit B3 tablets wherever I go.

As far as I have ever experienced, taking enormous amounts of concentrated

orange juice prepared with water (room temperature) during times of fever

definitely brings down the fever all the way. It is a sure fire cure for me

and others have experienced the same thing. Just keep drinking it till it

comes out of your ears till you are better.

Subject: Stopping fevers in an emergency High Fever situation

When there is an outrageously high fever and something has to be done fast

before the devotee leaves his body, there is a way to reduce the fever almost

immediately. One pours cold water directly over the head, which is tilted

back over the end of the bed, at the spot of the brahma rundhra hole at the

top of the head. The water should hit the hole directly and run off down

into a pan or the ground.
