Eat spinach that is in a wet state. You can also cook spinach into a dry
state, but that is not good for this. It should be loosely cooked and soft.

Now there is another source of fairly good medicine which transcends the
mediocre called Lapidar which comes from Krauter Pfarrer Kunzle in Der
Schweiz.
Personally I can only recommend the Lapidar 5 since it is excellent in kidney
troubles. I had sometimes pains since during sleep the covers rolled above
the kidneys and there was pain in the morning due to cold. A couple of days
of these pills and pain gone.
Others have gotten no good results from these pills, probably since their
kidney troubles were far worse than mine.

I forgot to mention that Lapidar is a real slow working stuff. You have to
take 5 pills (more or less) 3 times a day for a month to get really proper
effects, as with all herbal medicines.
But it is local.

I could simply verify the orange juice cure for fever. It is incredibly
effective. And I did also try the brahma-rundhra cure against acute fever
some years back. This cure was also totally effective, but the warning must
be followed. I had high fever for many days and got fried with it, but the
disease wasn`t burned out at the time it took to this measure, so the result
was that I felt really odd existing in some weird intermediate dimension
actually longing for the fever to come back.
