must grow our own food for the survival of the devotees, otherwise

our movement is going to turn into a hospital institution. Mukesh already

warned me of this. It all rotates around the food. This is why the

medicines and medical techniques that we use are not at all successful. Most

of the problems (obviously not all) come from bad food, or useless food.

Nowadays the rule is that the better these vegetables in the market look, the

more you can be sure that they were artificially made to look that way to

attract the foolish consumer.

O ISKCON farm communities of the world, arise! Grow the food for the

devotees and give them their health back!

And some used to wonder what the farms were for! Prabhupada said, `Grow your

own food and solve the main problem of life.` There is nothing more

important for our maintenance. And without that factor being taken care of,

who can preach?

Managers out there in COMland, get it together and understand that these

farms are our future. Soon people will wonder where to get any food, what to

speak of healthy food.

Dead North Seas are just the start, the reactions are coming to the land in

the same manner. Prabhupada predicted famines and droughts. Do not think

that he was making a joke, it is our philosophy that sinful people get such

sinful reactions. Therefore he wanted to establish these farming communities

which should actually be filled with farming types. The biggest mistake is

to make a farm something else. It has to function first and foremost as a

farming community, surrounding a core of Krsna conscious brahmanas in the

temple.

This is the real medicine for what ails us.

First I have tested the Schneekoppe liquid lecithin. I took half a bottle. It

seems to be pretty powerful stuff. I can fully confirm the idea that some

devotees are mad after chocolate just because of the lecithin. That was the

first thing I thaught when I took the Schneekoppe stuff.

Then I had some white lecithin pills which I extensively tested during a

5 day bookkeeping marathon. Concentration was very good. But I have taken it

in such an overdose that I am presently not so much inclined to take more of

it. Is it possible that the body stores it somewhere?

Regarding danish nougat abuse, Yadunandana (or Premarnava) checked it out

from the factory. He said it contains cocoa-butter. If that stuff contains

coffein (or whatever it is that makes it forbidden for us) that explains why

devotees get a kick from it.

It uses up some calcium in the body, so one must make sure his calcium uptake

is proper. Otherwise cramps come. Cramps are an indication of calcium

deficiency.

Lecithin has been proven to help people with heart troubles and can even

bring heart attack victims back in shape again. It also cleanses the bloodd

vessels of cholesterol buildup (although devotees don`t have this problem for

some reason.)

We need some sister of jivanoil urgently. We have a mataji here who has

skin problem and this oil helps a lot but now we ran out of it and as a

result the skin problem is coming back and she can`t do her cooking and

pujari service as nasty substances are oozing out from her hands and

eveywhere.

I have contacted Ujjvala Nilamani and he will make an order but in the

meantime we need something quick. So, can somebody please some and send to
