I have personal experience that in the wintertime, if you have too much

mucous, simply adding crushed, whole black peppercorns to the prasadam

while cooking not only makes it taste wonderful, but it dries up the

system like magic. Too many peppercorns and you even dry up the saliva,

and too few, and nothing happens. So get it right. Something like 10-15

peppercorns per lunch per person is a strong yet reasonable dosage.

Subject: New killer disease

A new, fatal disease has arrived. It is caused by streptococks (or

whatever it is called in english) - the same bacteria that normally gives

throat infections. This type, though, is very aggressive and goes directly

into the blood system and makes the whole circulation system collaps.

The problem with this disease is that it develops very fast. You get

fever, stomack pain etc all of a sudden, and within 24 hours you are dead.

Thus, even if one might be able to eliminate the germ, one will not have

time to do it before it is too late. They still have no idea of how to

cure this disease.

So far, 22 persons in Norway and 9 in Sweden have died from this (I don`t

know how recently this happened). The disease spreads apparently like

ordinary flu - by personal contact, sneezing, coughing, skin contact.

However, it seems like it mainly gets those who have a bad bodily defense

system (often caused by usage of penicillin!). In none of the cases in

Scandinavia have family members, friend etc of the victims been affected.

All deaths from this disease that occurred in Sweden happened after August

this year.

Subject: Migraine headaches again, and Granny Wisdom

Yesterday I had a very big migraine headache. After the B3 pills failed

miserably, I remembered that coffee helped some other devotees. So

although I was hesitant (as we do not drink that stuff) I asked for some.

Rati d.d., having been expert at that, made a quarter of a glass as black

and strong as a hellish night, without sugar or milk (medicinal dose) and
